On AugArt, original artworks are created by pioneer artists assisted by artificial intelligence or other digital tools. These artworks are then printed on the highest quality paper to created stuning limited series and art editions of digitally native artworks.
At the heart of the digital art revolution lies Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs), as the only way to trustlessly verify the authenticity of an artwork.
Artwork authentication using Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT)
On AugArt, each printed artwork is associated to a digital certificate in the form of a NFT, issued on the Ethereum blockchain. This uniquely identifies the artwork and enables seemless proof of authenticity of an AugArt artwork.
Beside being digital certificate, NFTs can also be used by Artists to reward directly their collectors in the form of digital or physical perks. AugArt, through technology, empowers artists both in their creativity and relationship with collectors.

At AugArt, we are dedicated to making your experience seemless whether you are an experienced NFT users, a passionate art collector with no NFT knowledge, or simply a curious to discover a new form of creativity.
You have the option to self-custody your NFTs, enjoying the full decentralized experience, or delegate NFT management to AugArt. Should you prefer the second option, you have the opportunity to opt-in self-custody anytime.
Buying an artwork on AugArt
The whole experience is seemless on AugArt. In a couple of weeks from your order, you will receive your high quality print as well as your digital certificate in the form of a NFT. If you do not have an Ethereum wallet, we can custody this NFT for you and send them to your wallet later on.

After a few days, the physical artwork is printed on a high quality printer and shipped anywhere in the EU.Digital Certificate (NFT)
After a period of 14 days, we will mint the NFT associated to the artworks you ordered, i.e. the digital certificates. One NFT will be generated for each artwork. These NFTs will then be sent to either your wallet (if you provided an address) or to AugArt's wallet. In any case you will be able to see them in your account page on AugArt. Note that the NFT will be visible in your account in a pending state until they are actually minted.
